Some of my stories

With over twenty years of experience supporting individuals in high-stress environments, I've connected deeply with clients from Ukraine since 2020. There was a war going on, there was workstress and there were concerns about career, housing and relationships. And there was apprehension about what was to come. In 2023, resilience is echoed in the profound words of one of my clients:  "You don't know how courageous you are until you need to be courageous." Amidst the current uncertainties of 2024, we hold onto hope, standing together in strength and solidarity.
